Delivery

Our objective is to provide you with a cost effective solution for all your safety sign supply needs. Part of this is keeping the cost of p&p as low as possible.

Delivery Times

Signs will usually be made 1-2 days after you place your order and be delivered to you within 3-5 days.

Delivery Prices

Our flat £3.95 p&p charge covers our packaging costs and delivery to any address in the UK.  Orders in excess of £75 are delivered free of charge within the United Kingdom.

Orders for delivery outside the UK are subject to a delivery charge confirmation.

Returns & Replacements

All of our products are manufactured to very rigorous quality standards and checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with any aspect of our service, please e-mail sales@safety-point.co.uk quoting your unique order number.

We commit to dealing with all enquiries promptly and if necessary will arrange for replacement parts to be provided without delay.

Goods must be returned within 7 days from receipt and must be returned exactly as they were delivered, as new and saleable with correct packaging undamaged. 

When returning signs, customers must ensure that they obtain a certificate of posting, free from any post office or use recorded delivery.  We accept no responsibility for items lost in the post that may have been returned to us.

Custom signs manufactured specifically around customer’s individual requirements may only be returned if damaged or faulty.
