Wet Chemical Extinguisher

The ideal extinguisher for Class 'F' fires involving cooking oils and fats. It is extremely effective as the wet chemical knocks the flames out and cools the burning oil. The resulting solution seals the surface preventing re-ignition. Fire tests have established that it is capable of extinguishing a 75 litres deep fat fryer.
